A summary of the crypto-asset whitepaper for $LAPTOP, covering the issuer, supply, rights, technology and risks.
Issuer
Phoenix Veritas Ventures Ltd is the person responsible for this crypto-asset whitepaper. The issuer is solely responsible for its content, which has not been reviewed or approved by any competent authority.
The crypto-asset
$LAPTOP is a fungible utility-free memecoin with a fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 units, issued natively on Robinhood Chain. The contract address will be published at launch.
Rights and obligations
Holding $LAPTOP grants no claim on the issuer, no dividend, no voting right, no redemption right, and no share of profits. It is not an e-money token or an asset-referenced token.
Supply and distribution
Day 1 Airdrop 10%, Future Airdrop 10%, Liquidity 10%, Foundation Treasury 5%, Founders 30%, Predictions 30%, Charity 5%. 35% is unlocked at token generation; full unlock takes 36 months.
Burn and donation mechanism
30% of supply is bound to published real-world predictions. Outcomes that resolve true burn the linked tokens; outcomes that resolve false send them to charity. Airdrop tokens unclaimed after the 30-day window are burned.
Technology
The token uses a standard fungible token contract with no mint function after deployment and no transfer tax. The contract is audited before launch and verified onchain.
Risks
Price volatility, thin liquidity, smart-contract vulnerabilities, regulatory change, and dependence on third-party prediction markets for outcome resolution. Buyers may lose the full value of their purchase.
Environmental impact
The token runs on an existing proof-of-stake network. Its marginal energy consumption is limited to the network's per-transaction footprint.
$LAPTOP launches on Robinhood Chain. The contract address, exchange listings, and social channels will be published here at launch.
